2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4–6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. IP addresses and technical connection data are processed to deliver content and secure operation. Access logs may include time, requested address, status, data volume, browser and referring page.

According to Mittwald, IP addresses in access logs are truncated and logs are retained for 60 days. Error logs may contain full IP addresses and are deleted after seven days. Server-side statistics use truncated log data without additional browser cookies; Mittwald specifies no fixed deletion period for those statistics. See Mittwald’s hosting privacy information.

Processing serves website delivery, security, troubleshooting and improvement, based on our legitimate interest in a reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies, fonts and external content

Our website code does not set cookies, use local browser storage or contain analytics or advertising scripts. Images and styling are loaded from our own webspace. No external font services, maps, videos or social media feeds are embedded. Language selection uses ordinary links.

4. Contacting us

We process the contact details, messages and attachments you provide to handle your enquiry. Please share only necessary information. Without essential contact or project details, we may be unable to respond or assess a proposal.

Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, other correspondence under our legitimate communication interest in Article 6(1)(f), and statutory retention under Article 6(1)(c). Data is deleted when the matter is concluded unless legal retention periods or evidence needed for legal claims require continued storage. Recipients may include contracted hosting, communication and IT providers and, where legally required, competent authorities.

5. External links

LinkedIn and the Be:con Group website are ordinary links. Their websites are contacted only when you open a link, and their own privacy information then applies. Our outgoing links suppress the referring address.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Consent can be withdrawn for the future.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Continued processing requires overriding compelling grounds or a need for legal claims.

You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the authority where you live. This website does not involve automated decision-making or profiling.
